Geotechnics is the branch of civil engineering that deals with underground construction. It is where every structure starts, and where the most expensive surprises hide.

Scoria's geotechnical team works on foundations, underground tunnels, ground improvement, slope stability, shoring works and pile foundations. We are brought in when the ground is complicated: weak soils, steep slopes, high loads and tight sites.
